Terms and conditions

The application helps users prepare for the theory part of the Czech driving examination. It includes lessons, questions, mock tests, a study plan, tasks, motivational features and progress overviews. Supported licence categories and the current feature scope are shown in the application.

The application is a study aid. It does not replace compulsory driving-school instruction, professional advice or the decision of an examination authority. Completing the study plan does not in itself guarantee passing the official exam.

Part of the application is available free of charge as described on the Pricing page. Full Access unlocks the complete map, all questions available in the application, unlimited mock tests and detailed statistics for 12 months.

The scope of free features may change. This will not shorten an existing paid term or remove material features advertised when Full Access was purchased.

An account is required to save progress and use Full Access. Users are responsible for accurate account information, protecting their credentials and activity performed through their account.

An account is personal and may not be shared or resold. Users under 18 may enter into a contract only to the extent appropriate to their maturity or with the consent of their legal guardian.

The contract is formed when payment is successfully completed. Activation is confirmed by making Full Access available in the user's account. The applicable terms version and the time of the immediate-supply consent are recorded with the order.

Before payment, the user expressly requests access to the digital content before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledges the loss of the right to withdraw to the extent permitted by law. Full Access is therefore activated immediately after successful payment.

This does not affect statutory rights relating to defective performance or any rights that a consumer cannot waive. Where the right to withdraw remains applicable, the model form on the Withdrawal page may be sent to the contact email.

During the paid term, the Provider will supply updates required to maintain the agreed functionality and security. An internet connection and a current mainstream web browser are required.

Reasonable temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, security work or supplier outages are not a defect if addressed without undue delay. The Provider may develop the application but will not materially reduce paid features without a legal basis.

Report a defect or complaint to dominik.brablec@gmail.com. Include the account email, a description, when the issue occurred and the remedy requested. Screenshots should not contain unnecessary personal data.

The Provider will confirm receipt and resolve a consumer complaint without undue delay, no later than 30 days unless a longer period is agreed. Depending on the defect and statutory conditions, remedies may include correction, a proportionate price reduction or termination.

If a user fails their first official driving-school theory exam while Full Access is active, the Provider will extend Full Access once by another 12 months at no charge.

The application is licensed for personal, non-commercial study only. Users may not bypass access controls, scrape or copy a substantial part of the database, interfere with security or resell the service without prior permission.

Third-party rights in official questions and source materials remain unaffected. The application's original interface, arrangement, texts, graphics and software are protected by applicable law.

A user may request account deletion at dominik.brablec@gmail.com. Study progress may be permanently removed. Data required by law or needed to establish legal claims may be retained for the necessary period.

The Provider may restrict an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms. Advance notice will be given unless immediate action is required for security or by law.

Consumers should contact the Provider first. If no direct solution is reached, the competent Czech ADR entity is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Central Inspectorate – ADR Department, Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Prague 1, coi.cz/informace-o-adr. A proposal should generally be filed within one year of first asserting the claim with the Provider.

The contract is governed by Czech law. Mandatory consumer protection in the consumer's country of habitual residence remains unaffected where it cannot be contractually excluded.

These terms are effective from 19 August 2026. The Provider may amend them prospectively due to legal, functional or business changes. A change materially worsening an existing paid contract will not apply without the user's consent.
