Consumer right

Withdrawal from the contract

Effective from: 19 August 2026

Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For immediately supplied digital content, this right may be lost when the user expressly requests immediate supply and acknowledges that consequence in advance.

A request is therefore assessed according to the nature and extent of digital performance already supplied. Rights relating to defective performance and rights that cannot be waived remain unaffected.

How to send a withdrawal

Send an unambiguous statement or the model form to dominik.brablec@gmail.com, or by post to Milady Horákové 110/44, 602 00 Brno, Česká republika. Sending it before the deadline is sufficient.

Following a valid withdrawal, the payment will be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days, normally through the original payment method.
