Partner Program Terms
Effective from: 24 September 2026
The program operator is Dominik Brablec, Business ID 24047929, with its registered office at Milady Horákové 110/44, 602 00 Brno, Česká republika, email dominik@turbotesty.cz (the “Operator”).
A Partner is a business with a valid Czech Business ID (IČO) that has registered for the program. The program is intended exclusively for businesses, not consumers.
1. How the program works
After registration, the Partner receives a unique link and QR code. The Partner may recommend TurboTesty to students, followers, and other interested people.
By registering, the Partner confirms that they are authorised to act for the named business and that the information provided is correct.
2. Commission
- For every completed and paid Full Access purchase attributed to the Partner, the Partner is entitled to a fixed commission of CZK 100.
- The commission is a final amount. If the Partner is VAT registered, the commission is considered VAT-inclusive.
- No commission arises from purchases by the Partner, related persons, or purchases made to obtain commission.
- No commission arises from purchases where the customer withdraws from the contract or receives a refund.
3. How a purchase is attributed
- The customer must arrive through the Partner's link or QR code.
- The visit source is stored on the customer's device only with their consent and remains valid for 90 days. Without consent, the purchase cannot be attributed.
- The first source applies: if another source is already stored for the customer, a later link does not overwrite it.
- An account created before the customer arrives through the Partner's link is not attributed to the Partner.
The Partner acknowledges that some sales cannot be technically attributed — for example, when a customer declines source storage, clears browser data, or enters the address manually on another device. Commission arises only for sales actually attributed in the Operator's system.
4. Settlement and payout
- Commission is settled for each calendar month and paid by the 15th day of the following month.
- Settlement uses self-billing: the Operator issues the document on behalf of the Partner and sends it by email. The Partner agrees to this process by registering.
- The Partner may raise an objection within 14 days of receiving the document; otherwise, it is deemed approved.
- Commission is paid by bank transfer to the account provided at registration.
- The Partner is responsible for the accuracy of their details and for taxation of received commissions.
5. Promotion rules
- The Partner must not act in the Operator's name, make promises beyond these terms, or claim that TurboTesty is part of a driving school's teaching unless that is true.
- The Partner must not promote the link with paid ads on keywords containing the TurboTesty brand or offer the link on discount and cashback websites.
- The Partner must not send unsolicited commercial messages.
- The Partner may use the Operator's logo and materials only to promote the program and without modification.
6. Duration and termination
The program is concluded for an indefinite period. Either party may terminate it at any time by email, with or without stating a reason.
The Operator may suspend the Partner's participation when it suspects a breach of the rules, especially artificial purchases; payout is withheld until the matter is clarified.
After termination, the Partner remains entitled to commission for purchases attributed before the termination date.
7. Personal data
The Operator processes the Partner's contact and billing information to perform this cooperation and maintain accounting records.
The Partner receives no personal data about customers. The dashboard shows only aggregate registration and sales counts.
8. Final provisions
The relationship is governed by the law of the Czech Republic. This is a business-to-business relationship, and consumer protection provisions do not apply.
The Operator may change these terms and the commission amount with future effect; the change will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance. These terms are effective from 24 September 2026.
